Ambitious patent professional (physics/electronics) wanted for our Aarhus branch office
As part of our growth strategy in the fields of dispute resolution and strategic IPR counselling we are now recruiting an experienced patent professional who holds a Master’s and/or PhD degree in physics, electronics, high-tech mechanical engineering or similar.
You are presently training to become a European Patent Attorney (EPA), or you have recently qualified as an EPA. You have a well-developed flair for languages and law, and you are keen to expand your specialist knowledge in a way that creates value for your clients. You possess highly-developed communication skills, and have a service-minded, yet frank, approach to clients, partners and colleagues.
The successful candidate will become a member of an internationally-acclaimed team of IP specialists which presently includes 13 motivated European Patent Attorneys, including four at our branch office in central Aarhus. We provide direct counselling to a number of renowned Danish and multinational corporations and SMEs, and we are experiencing stable growth in the market’s demand for high-level services, including infringement and validity opinions, EPO oppositions, litigation support, freedom-to- operate analyses and strategic patenting. We expect that the establishment of the Unified Patent Court will stimulate these business areas further in the years ahead.
You will receive professional mentoring at a very high level, and we offer outstanding opportunities in a vibrant and informal working environment defined by professionalism, responsibility and willingness for mutual support among colleagues. If you have not yet qualified as an EPA, an educational program will be tailored to match your current level of experience, and training on the job will become an essential part of your daily work. We also provide intense examination coaching, as well as time off for exam preparation.
We offer extensive personal freedom as well as an attractive remuneration package. Our organization is clear and transparent, and all employees take part in the continuous development of our firm. Each employee’s development opportunities and well-being are major priorities to us.
