Christina Hertling represents various Danish and international companies within all aspects of patenting. Christina has more than 10 years experience as a patent attorney and has drafted and prosecuted a large number of international patent applications. She has conducted a number of infringement and freedom-to-operate-analysis and has represented clients in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. Christina works within the field of mechanical engineering, water and waste water technologies, medical devices, and civil engineering, including energy systems. Christina holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Economics (HD). Christina worked as consulting engineer with R&D projects within the field of low energy systems for buildings before entering the IP profession in 2001.
