My background and fields of specialization

Administration and coordination of patent cases
My work as a patent administrator consists of various administrative and coordinative tasks in relation to patents and patent applications. I follow cases from filing until grant, and frequently also during opposition and appeal. In addition, I monitor and handle time limits in relation to such cases.

Fields of specialization and educational background
I hold a degree as Master of Arts in English and international studies from the University of Aalborg. I am further a Qualified IP Administrator (QIPA) under the Danish Institute for IP Education. I keep up my knowledge by attending courses in Denmark and abroad on a regular basis.

Throughout my 18 years as a patent administrator, I have gained experience from practically all aspects of patent cases for mechanical and electrical inventions.

Before joining Inspicos, I was employed for a little less than 4 years with another large Danish IP law firm

You’ll find my CV on LinkedIn.

Recent projects

I have extensive experience in handling of contentious matters, including cases involving expert testimony by Inspicos attorneys, litigation, and oppositions and appeals before the EPO and the Danish Patent and Trademark Office.

I appreciate interacting with large clients, and I also enjoy giving advice to small clients not having specialist IP knowledge

On a personal note

I spend most of my spare time together with my family, with lots of attention being directed to my children’s sports and leisure activities. In that regard I regularly find myself engaging in volunteer work to the benefit of their handball and football teams.
