My background and fields of specialization

Patent consultancy
I assist clients from industry as well as academia. I inter alia prepare assessments of patentability and freedom to operate and assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

Focus areas and educational background
I hold an M.Sc. in Technical Physics and hold a Ph.D. from the University of Aarhus. I had the pleasure of staying at TU Berlin and Uni. Basel during parts of my studies. I am a European Patent Attorney, Certified Danish Patent Agent and I have additionally completed ‘CEIPI/epi Diploma Course on Patent Litigation in Europe’.

Technical fields of specialization
My technical competences lie primarily within physics, nanotechnology, mechanics, materials science, optics, medical devices and sensors.

Experience
I have worked as a patent consultant since 2008, where I came from a position as scientist (postdoc) at the University of Aarhus.

At eye level

I enjoy working as a patent consultant, but I also enjoy the cultural and recreational activities offered by the area, e.g., in the woods. Maybe even wearing running shoes.
