My background and fields of specialization

Patent consultancy
I advise in all aspects of patenting – Including IPR-strategy, freedom-to-operate, and validity. I represent clients in opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office. I work for large international firms, small Danish and foreign companies, and universities.

Focus areas and educational background
I became a European Patent Attorney in 2002 and completed the CEIPI Diploma Course on Patent Litigation in Europe in 2014. I hold a Master’s degree from Technical University of Denmark, DTU with specialization in control engineering.

Technical fields of specialization
I work with medical devices, mechanical technology, robot control and control engineering in general, process technology, software, and production technology

Experience
I am board member of the Association of Danish Intellectual Property Attorneys (ADIPA), and a court-appointed expert to the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court.

At eye level
