Administration and coordination of patent cases
As a patent administrator, I am responsible for all the various administrative aspects of a patent application, from filing to issuance. I handle correspondence with our customers, with patent authorities and with foreign colleagues. In addition, I monitor and handle deadlines and formalities in connection with the patent portfolios.

Fields of specialization and educational background

I hold a BA in Business Languages in English and German from CBS in Copenhagen. In addition, I am QIPA (Qualified IP Administrator) under the Danish Institute for Intellectual Property Education. I regularly participate in patent-related courses to keep myself professionally up-to-date.

I mainly handle patent cases within biotechnology and chemistry, but also work with cases within mechanics and electronics.

Experience

Before I joined Inspicos in 2005, I worked as a patent administrator in another large Danish IP law firm.
