Full house and sharp questions at Dansk Industri 💡

Last Friday, our CEO Jakob Pade Frederiksen had the pleasure of speaking at Dansk Industri’s UPC Case Law Update seminar.
Together with Sture Rygaard (Partner at Plesner law firm) and Peter Juul Agergaard (Presiding Judge at the Copenhagen Local Division of the UPC), the session provided insights into recent UPC case law and how these early decisions are already shaping the future of European patent law.
