Inspicos webinar – EPO case law update 13 June 2024

Edward Farrington and Jakob Pade Frederiksen held a very well attended and praised EPO case law update webinar.  

Two referrals to the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the EPO may help clarify the connection between the description text and the claims review the EBA referrals in T 439/22 and T 56/21 and the diverging case law involved.
